It's a plan that's not really promoted now that they have extra easy - you could mix and match red and green meals eg red brekkie, green lunch, red dinner.
I don't eat much rice, but my main meal is always based around pasta or spuds (usually the latter). I might have a pasta salad for lunch and then jacket spuds for tea. I can get through mounds of SW chips! However, I do try to exercise portion control.
