looking to lose weight for holiday in March. I need help!
Ok weighing in at 95kg 15/12/18...looking to lose a couple of pound a week, surely that can;t be too hard.
Going to up my water drinking...breakfast 1 weetabix and coconut milk for breakfast. 1 banana, ..will work out dinner as the time comes.

have you tried intermittent fasting? it helps quite a lot. with being in caloric deficit of course, making sure you count your calories
 
Have you tried using myfitnesspal? You can get it as an app on your smart phone or a website on a computer. It’s a really helpful way of being mindful of your calories in vs calories out. You put in your goal and it tells you a suggestion of how many calories you should be eating per day; then you can start logging your food and it tells you how many calories you’re eating. It’s helped me in the past, so I’d definitely say it’s worth trying :) Good luck!
