'Lose 10 lbs by Belfast' challenge!

Thats what i'm worried about. Thing is, i can't even deny that i am me having such a strong accent and curly hair.

Well, it's one week in and I can only claim 2 lbs towards the 10 lbs target so far :sigh:

I was doing SO well all last week, then just sabotaged myself on Friday .. and it was pretty much downhill for the rest of the weekend after that.

Still - it's a new week .. and there's STILL just under 3 weeks to go. Onwards and downwards! :)

I want to claim 3lbs....I'm now 12st 11lbs...so only another 7lbs to go....but I have been adding green vegetables to my soups so I don't think my weightloss on Friday will be anymore than one or two lbs at best!!:eek:

Only a little well done as I have been adding veg andprawns to my soups so I don't expect to lose this week at all!!!:mad:

However when I see my new CDC (Debz) on Thursday I will ONLY be buying sweet shakes to stop the temptation!! Plus there are so many things you can do with them:

Mousse
Icecream
Icecubes
Muffins
Frappes
Coffees
Etcetcetc
 
OK guys sorry to report I put 1/2 pound on this week... :eek: not very good for first week of challenge....:sigh:

Note to self for next week......... 'must try harder'......

Am going to be moving down to 790/SSing from tomorrow as need some good losses to motivate me.....:rolleyes:

Hope for a better loss next week....

OK this thread seems to have gone quiet but cos I've been a good girl I would like to report that today at my CDC I was 18.4lbs.... which means I only have 2lbs to meet my 10lbs challenge.....:D As my official weigh in day is Tuesday - can I see if I can meet the challenge just after the meet please???? So..... next week I need to have lost 2lbs+!!!

I've updated mine too .. just 4 lbs I'm afraid, but working on a couple more by Friday (more in hope than expectation I think :rolleyes:)
