This is my first challenge and this literally popped into my head twenty seconds ago, so it could very well be a crazy idea!
As a slow-loser (ha) I always find myself disappointed with my weekly weigh-ins. However, even a 1lb a week adds up to a decent loss every month. So in this challenge we try and lose something (doesn't matter how much) every month. By this time next year, all those months will add up and so will the lbs. If you want to join, put your username down and your loss so far this month (May) and then adjust it at the end of the month when you have your total.
