Lots to lose...


Oh my gosh, im back AGAIN
I'm hoping that it really works, looking to lose 7 stone myself and although it seems like a huge task I seriously think it's possible. So far it's not like we're being deprived of food, we can have what we want but in moderation!...

I lost 7 stone in a year without going to a single meeting (dont go for the public 'humiliation' of the meetings - I know they're not like that but to me personally a big group meeting would be an absolute nightmare!) - I just got the books from a friend and took it from there. Maintained over the six week summer holiday and got back on beginning of September - Only blip I've had is the last couple of weeks - very manic and stressed and put on 5lbs but am firmly back on track now and hoping to get to target this side of christmas :)

Weight watchers is fabby diet to follow...although i havent lost a major amount of weight i have lost a stone and its by far the diet that makes most sense to me.

Cut back and enjoy things within moderation...seems like a sensible thing to me :)

I agree, although lots of weight isn't falling off me like it might on the CD, it is steady. My body is just going with the flow
I was also wondering this, cos on their website it just shows people who have lost 1 stone or 2, i did cd and lost a stone in 2 weeks but i just love my food to much, so if i ate i wud beat myself up about it!
So hopefully this will work for us both! x

Not very good =[ Had a bad couple of weeks. This week isnt the best for a restart because its my birthday on thursday then party on saturday, but If I dont do it this week then i'll have to work even harder next week! Im just gonna see how I go this week and try be as sensible as possible.

Yep I agree with the others, it certainly can be done! I have lost nearly 9.5 stone on ww, got to goal 2 months ago. I took part in a charity fashion show that ww organised recently, and it was fab to meet 20 others who have been sucessful with ww. For me it worked because I could still have treats and socialise without feeling guilty about 'breaking the diet' because you can just plan round it all.
