does anyone know the syn value for these please
i bought them in tescos yesterday,they look similar to mikados but the chocolate is on the inside.
hope someone can help

protein 7.1g
carbs 57.7g
fat 31.9g

if someone could work out what they are per stick that would be brill x

Hi, I'm not sure of the syns per packet but it works out to be 27 1/2 syns per 100g. Hope this helps.
