OMG! Seriously wish if of given JUDDD a good go a few months back when I found it on here! I love it, it's so easy and knowing that I can eat reasonably well the next day with the odd treat if I want it keeps me motivated on my DD''s! But I do find knowing I can be naughty makes me not want to be! If that makes sense till on 1st wi Friday
