Wish I could bottle how I feel at the moment as I am sure it would be a good seller!

Having lost 3 1/2 stone since end Jan with now under 2 stone to go I feel GREAT! :party0011:

The weather is lovely, I am wearing smaller lighter clothes, I have a spring in my step and feel the best I have felt for years! :banana dancer:

To anyone who is either thinking of starting CD or has just started and wonders if they continue or to those who are struggling I would like to say:

PLEASE PLEASE STICK WITH IT - IT IS SOOOOOOOOO WORTH IT!

Wooo that post has made my day! I was feeling like this too a few weeks ago but since then ive been messing about on and off cwp... 2nd day back on it and cant wait to feel this way again and not feel hungry or miserable.
 
fab post! i'm on hols from next week and have lost almost 3 stone on this diet. for a second i actually lost sight of why i was doing this diet and the thought of being able to eat normal food sent me into overdrive, i started adding food onto my holiday packing list for the plane like chocolate and crisps! then i thought, hang on a minute, you've worked so hard to get the weight off and now u want to stuff ur face with crap again?!?! i'm weighing in tomorrow for the last time b4 hols and i'm going to buy some tetras to take with me. i will still have a nice evening meal out every night but if i have a tetra in the day and plenty of water then at least i'm trying my best to curb my appetite and hopefully wont put on as much as i'm anticipating!
 
Exactly!! You know you are going to have a fab time, and I'm glad you're realised - in time - that reverting back to type is a bad bad move.

Let us know how you get on with your weigh in. I'm off soon to get weighed too.

yes its not worth getting all bloated again for a pack of wispas and some pringles!! hope you have a good weigh-in! i am drinkiing plenty of water before tomorrow to hopefully have a good loss before i pack my bags and jet off next week!!

Well done for deciding against pigging out whilst away - last time I went I had a set 3 course meal out (only small portions) but felt so full & uncomfortable I vowed not to do again - that horrible feeling took me right back to how I felt most of the time pre-CD.

Also my dear Hubby who has also lost 3 stone thinks he has a new wife as I am so full of energy he is having a job keeping up! (way too much info I know!) That's also an added bonus!

Yep... erm... 11.8... so yeah, not far off now.

I may revise my target to 10.7 or maybe 10.10... but i've moved to 810 (not very sucessfully i don't think, because there's really no difference in the food!!) But I did get a recipe book last night, so hopefully that will help be a bit more adventurous!!

It's all very exciting!! What time do you weigh today?

that's a fab result, so pleased for you!! i tried 810 one week but got all confused with the portion sizes, didnt stick to it very well so will just get back on SS after hols now as that'll boost my metabolism and beyond I should imagine! i'm weighing at 5.30 tonight so will have to update my result tomorrow or maybe tonight if i can get online up my mothers house :)
