I've recently started CCing and am going shopping tomorrow so want to plan some yummy veggie meals - no fish or anything. 
Anyone have any suggestions?
I'm thinking a five bean chilli - may even get some tesco light tortilla and make enchilladas without the extra cheese - they're one of my faves!
I read about a low cal pizza with the warburton's square (thanks happyhealthy!) so will try that too!
Ooh and a mushroom stroganoff with low fat creme freche instead of cream.
Snacks/meals/breakfast ideas all welcome!
