Any on the market or am I best assembling my own from pork mince & herbs? I fancy making atkins stylee scotch eggs.

You'd probably be better to stick to the mince. Way too many sausage meats seem to have bad carbs, or ones sneaked in there to bulk it out.

Hmm, scotch egg, may try that one.;)

Tesco do some Jimmys farm organic sausages which are 1.8g for 6 sausages. Very nice tasting as well :)

Co-op £1 a packet sausage is pretty low carb...can't remember exact count...but lower than other cheap sausage :)
No herbs and stuff...just good cheap sausage taste lol

:D Well said... sometimes you just want a sausage to be a sausage LOL

I'm not messing about skinning them, if I pay the price for a sausage I'm going to eat it as a sausage, lol. I should have got some pork mince today, they'd make a lovely tea in this sun.

Nom Nom,

this thread makes me hungry for sausage meatloaf. Shame no breadcrumbs and only minimal onions!

Ho ho ho to the Internets I go...(to find a low carb sausage meatloaf recipe).
