lozenges help!

hi everyone,

my mother wants to take lozenges for a sore throat but doesnt know if this is allowed on CD, can anyone advise please?

There is loads of sugar in them. I know when I checked syn values on sw for halls low sugar variety they were still 4.5 syns (considering 9 syns for a crunchie). I would think they would affect ketosis

thanks flab fighter, i think she did opt for strepsils sugar free in the end so hopefully it wont have made a massive dent in her ketosis but saying that she only came back from holiday last friday so shes expecting a gain tonight anyway!
