    Hi!

    Please help!
    have started Slimming World today and thought i will go and have a jacket for lunch, well the shop was closed! Panicked and ended up with an M&S Just..Tuna and sweetcorn sandwich instead!
    Can someone please tell me how many syns ther are in one of these?

    I'm doing Extra Easy programme

    avoid prepack sandwiches etc if you can, they will always have a huge syn amount.

    You can deduct 6 syns if it was wholewheat bread, but even then the syns are still high.

    If ever I'm desperate for a sandwich and I call into tesco at lunchtime I buy a 400g loaf, prepacked salad and some ham/chicken and make my own sarnie. It tastes the same, doesn't cost much more and is sin free (if using bread as healthy extra)
