Maintaining on sw

I've heard that they eat the same but have an extra heb (either 1 or 2 depending on what works for them in order to maintain)
 
Im a target member and was told to increase my hexb by 1 a day until I maintain, been having the one extra and been at target since October. Still eat the sw way but im a bit more relaxed now
 
I am also a target member, have been since July but am finding it so hard, to be honest sounds silly but harder than losing. Recently I have lost more think due to the fact that I am loving the soups from the Little soup book and am now half a pound under the non paying band ie 3.5lbs under my actual target weight of 10st 8lb. So unless I gain this week will have to pay again, dont want to do that. My c also told me to increase my he s but I just find it difficult because having done s w for such a long time I am finding it hard to eat more I think its just a matter of breaking the habit of my daily diet for such a long time! Anyone else got this problem or is it just me?
