£9 per unit ,you need 2 units for weight maintenance and 3 for weight loss,a unit consists of 7 servings,all the info is on LT site if its working x

This maintenence, do you have to have to of that poo a day or can I have 1 and 1 or 2 meals??? Oh and how long do you have to be on maintenence???

You can have 1 before 2 meals to ake sure you have a smaller meal! Or replace! Rfeed recommends you have an lt shake or aintenance for breakfast xx

You can stay on maintenance for as long as you like until you feel comfortable with your new eating habits. Im on maintenance since last wk and as I still want to lose weight Im replacing brekkie and lunch with a maint bar and having very low fat meal at dinnertime.
