So im having a shake for breakfast but as i dont have breakfast untill 9:40 it'd be easier to make it at home and take it to work with me ...

    Is this allowed?

Or do the shakes have to be drank within a certain timescale?

    Thanks :)

    Hiya

Apologies - i stand corrected - you can replace any 2 meals with a SF replacement meal or shake as long as your 3rd meal has the 600 cals content so you can have your brekkie as your meal if you want.

As for the meals don't forget they are made with milk so you have to be careful of storage but the website/tins don't say anything about using within a certain time. I understand from other users it may not taste as nice due to settling though. Maybe worth stocking up on the pre-made shakes for breakfast while they are half price? Or having a cheap blender in work?

Its ok i have a beaker with a seal tight lid so i can bung the milk in that and put the powder in a small tub ready to mix come breakfast time.

Does it matter if i have a banana before my first shake? As i always have one as soon as i get up - helps me start the day! :giggle:

As long as you count it towards your snack calorie count you can have your banana :)
