any ideas of syns as I can not get to work syns online put nutritional info in and says 7 1/2 syns but im sure somewhere on here someone said its 2 syns for whole pack ........need to check more if its right

Did you remember to use a 'Free Food Allowance' after you had populated the NV boxes? I haven't done it for yonks myself but I seem to recall that you can use the first item listed on the NV as the FFA.

According to syns online, the tuna ones are 6.5 syns on EE.
The beef ones are 2 syns on EE and I think the pork ones are 2 as well.
