Mashed swede obsession!!

It works with BNS, I think I have an obsession with BNS. I have it with everything (almost). Bought 2 in Sainsbury's the other day that were huge. The shop assistant commented that one was the size of a baby, it actually weighed almose 3kg.

Tee hee a baby sized BNS. I love BNS too especially in soups and stews oh and baked and....lol. Hate cutting it up tho will give that a go, thanks

I'd agree with Petal, my mam has done SW before & she does her Swede/Turnip whole in the microwave & it's gorgeous!! She said a lot of girls in her group used to eat it as a snack as well, enjoy xx

Swede mashed with carrot is lovely. My obsession is mashed BNS. I'm the same I ahve BNS mash bol, curry and BNS mash, chilli and BNS mash, on top oof cottage pie. Variety? Oh yeah!! Roast BNS. BNS soup!
