Mcdonalds Wrap - Syns??

Does anyone know the syn value in Mcdonalds sweet Chilli chicken wrap, had one last night and want to know what damage i done before the weekend starts

Quick look on the mcdonalds website revealed this...

Lots of info but at 500 calories and not much free food allowance in there I'd say you are looking at a lot of syns.

Is it a "snack range" one? E.g about £1.49? A KFC twister is 27 syns, but they are a lot bigger than the mcd snack ones... so I'd guesstimate at 20 syns?

Kfc wraps have battered chicken which is deep fried so if you got a grilled chicken wrap it would be alot less
