The sausage and egg one is 450 calories so that would be 22.5 syns

you would be better using a 57g whole meal roll (HEb), cooking your own egg in frylight, using a low syn sausage, sliced up (or make some breakfast patties using extra lean pork mince - FREE) and 1 light cheese slice (1/2 HEa or you can syn it)
