Can anyone tell me the syn value in a bag of four seasons grilled medeterainian frozen vegetables from Aldi.

I couldn't find them but did see that the frozen roasted vegetables were free. Quite possibly these are the same

Just looked at the ones sold in Iceland and they are 5syns for a 340g serving. They are probably closer to this syn value it seems.

Thanks Hayley, I'll take it as 5 syns till it can be deffinately confirmed. Quite a lot for just some veg isn't it:cry:
