Melba Toast and .......

hello, i've just brought a pack of Tesco Light Choices Dutch Melba Toast.

there is 10 mini packs of 6 pieces (20g) in the box which are only 2pp per little 20g pack

which is great for breakfast or a snack midday !!

but what do you put on yours / have with yours ? .. or what would you if you had them ?

they are a bit dry and boring on their own so i'm after some recipe ideas !!

I love these I have them with laughing cow cheese triangle light one is 1PP and some wafer thin smoked ham, 1PP for 2 slices. Just divide both over the melba toasts. I have also read people putting nutella/ peanut butter on them! Xx

I like Philadelphia light with chives or cottage cheese on mine n iv just started to have paste on as well it's low in pp don't think a lot of ppl line paste tho lol. Wen I have soup I have sone to dip in too : ) xx

aldi soft cheese light 1pp and ww jam spread over the cheese 1pp so 4pp in total,,
this is my new one,,50g tuna 1pp, tbs lite mayo 1pp,and mix with a chopped onion,,delish!!! 4pp also
