Menapause underactive thyroid and slimming world

Please help is there anyone who has under active thyroid, going through the menapause and is having a weight loss on slimming world. I can't lose weight just keep gaining ;((5

I'm going through the menopause and managing to stay at target, I know that doesn't really help you 'cause I've not got the under active thyroid.

Have you thought about taking something to regulate your hormones, I don't mean HRT but I think Holland & Barret do something.

I have an UAT, not menopause though.

I thought it was going to be really hard to shift the weight but I seem to be going okay!

when was the last time you had your meds checked? Have they been checked during your menopause??
