Meringue syns help please

I have just picked up some large meringue nests from tesco

Marys Farmhouse chewy meringues x2

They are made in store I believe and have no nutritional information whatsoever is anyone familiar with these?

It looks as though they'd be 396 cals / 100g. You could perhaps weigh one of the ones you've got and use this calorific value to work it out with the 1 syn / 20 cal rule (basically they'd be 2 syns for every 10g).

It looks like most of the 'Mary's' range is around the same calorific value so you won't go far wrong with 2 syns / 10g
