If I make my own using egg whites and splenda will they be free?

not sure if splenda would work..the sugar needs to dissolve to form the meringue.
Also, 1 egg white is 0pp, any more will start to have points, I am afraid!

as a matter of interest then how many PP are the shop bought meringue shells? You know the ones in packets of say 4 from most supermarkets?
