as im having a new start on weight watchers i thought i would try and keep a diary.

Thursday 19th august

Breakfast:~ 5.5 points
2x bacon grilled =3pts
1 dry fried egg = 1.5pts
mushrooms, tinned tomatoes
1 slice bread = 1pt

Lunch :~ = 7 points
large jacket potato 315g = 3.5pts
tin tuna = 2.5pts
light mayo = 1.5pts
mixed salad

Dinner :~ = 5.5 points
Roast beef = 4.5pts
carrots,cabbage,french beans, runner beans = 0pts
gravy = 1pt

Snacks :~ walkers french fries multi pack = 1pt, sugar free jelly = 0pts

19/23 points used so far so have 4 left for when i get back from swimming as i am usually hungry

if i have done anything wrong can some one please point it out for me
