I am off out tonight to a mexican restaurant but I want to be as good as I can be!!!
I know chilli is ok but not too keen on that really
I have looked at the menu and they have jambalaya - A cajun risotto of chicken, king prawns, ham, mussels, chorizo sausage, tomatoes and peppers, blended with Basmati rice and roasted in the oven.
I thought I could ask without the chirizo what do you think??
Or there is
Lamb Birria - A large leg of lamb (shank) slow roasted in the oven, braised in a rich chilli sauce with a hint of sweetness, served on a bed of seasonal roasted vegetables.
Which do you think will have the lowest syns???
Thanks in advance, Sarah
