When counting the calories on frozen foods (like a frozen pack of peas or prawns) it has the weight with the nutritional value, is the weight when it's frozen or when it's been cooked?

Sorry if this is a dumb question, I just have no idea lol :)

I think it's frozen, unless it says '...when prepared according to instructions' or 'ovencooked' etc. I think lol

I'm guessing frozen.. Most things are as you buy them and you adjust to what you put with them whilst cooking.

It normally says on the packet something like per 100g/portion as sold which i believe means frozen or 100g/portion cooked.
