Hi, could someone please find out how many sins are in these hand-baked wafers.
I was given them, and must say look rather posh lol!

Charcoal wafer
Per wafer. 17kcal
Per 100g. 419 kcal

Box weight. 125g

Three seeds
Per wafer. 18kcal
Per 100g. 453 kcal

Box weight. 125g

I used the search facility, but couldn't see them.

They'll be 1 syn each-you can calculate it using 1 syn for every 20 cals HTH
