hot bubbly bath, bed early, drink a glass of water with crushed ice to stave off the hunger, brush your teeth, grab photos you dont like of yourself and look at them to remind you........ i do these things to make me stay on track x

In a night on sofa with a shake and duvet lol. I'm so tired and exhausted but I trust myself I think lol, erghh I hate water :(

I'm glad u mentioned Chinese that's my fav food ever and have been totally craving one tonight myself!! Snuggly duvet and I'm a celeb I think :)

Keep going, it'll be worth it!! Anyways; all you can eat buffets usually make me feel rly fat, bloated and disgusting, soooooo not worth it :)
