Can anyone tell me the syns in Morrison's Eat Smart Vinaigrette please?

Also, Applewood cheese....

Morrisons Eat Smart Diet, Vinaigrette Dressing, 1 level tbsp is 1/2 syn on any plan
but only found Co-op Applewood Smoked Cheddar Cheese, 28g which is 51/2 syns on any plan

practically all cheeses are classed as a HEXB so I would, but make sure it is 28g and enjoy

oh sorry yes they are a hexa and they are als a hexb but you have to check the different plans because i get confuddled
