I bought a stir fry pack for 50p on offer in morissons and the egg noodles to go with it. Are these free or will they have a syn value with being fresh? Ive tried to look online but they werent listed and the syns calculater wouldnt give a list for fresh noodles (or maybe Im doing it wrong??)

Massive, massive thank you in advance to anyone who may be able to help! :Dx

yep the noodles will be synned if fresh as they will have oil added.

Is there any nutritional info on the pack? Need that along with the weight given for the nutritional info (might not necessarily be the weight of the whole pack).

Morrisons free range egg noodles are around 11.5 syns per pack.
Tesco equivalent, unbelievably, about 4.5 syns per pack.

This is what they were last time I was at SW, so values may have changed but I remember the vast difference for what looks like the same product!
