Hello. And food morning everyone. I'm just on my way to morrisons to get a whole roasted chicken. Would any of u good ppl happen to know what the syn value would be for one of Thoses please.

hi Andy all I could find is average, meat only, 28g raw 1.5 on green but you do know you can eat all of the chicken without skin on red and ee days

Lol..I did this over the weekend too. As long as you dont eat the skin or any of the fat then its free..so, enjoy!!!
