My mam bought these but cant get them in her freezer so gave the to me.
Description on the front
Mushrooms stuffed with full fat cheese and basil topped with breadcrumbs

Any idea on the syns, was hoping to have them with salad for dinner tomorrow

Sounds as tho it would be high because of the full fat cheese, but you could make your own & know the exact amount.....I make them all the time & are delicious
