Whats Motivating you to loose weight ???

I was fed up of being a shapeless blimp, and ruining holidays by screeching "don't take my photo" and if there was a pic with me in the background it got delete, now just over 6st lighter I can just about cope with a pic or 2

You have done so well losing over 100lbs I can't wait until I can say the same, what part of Wales are you in?
