A very random question I know BUT will breath freshener effect ketosis?? I need to do something because my mouth is minging now haha x

Yep the spray is fine just make sure there isn't sugar in it.

i'm taking my first venture in to breath fresheners tomorrow as i have an important meeting to go to and ever since i went back on shakes rather than shakes/bars my breath has been stonking! haha.

I've been thinking Listerine (mouthwash) May be a good idea. I. Think you can get travel size bottles of it. Great for a hand bag.

Know the feeling, my OH trys to discreetly cover his nose if im stood near him talking. Theres a poundshop near me that sells the breath stuff and its ok to use on TFR too. Will have to buy a case full methinks.
