Hi all..

well ive been a s.w member since jan.. lost 7lb but gained again very quick...
rejoined s.w 3 wks ago
1st wk + 1/2lb
2nd Wk - 2lb
3d Wk (dreading as af showed her ugly face and i nebbled and picked my way through the week)

I have pcos and ttc with great difficulty and am finding it extremly difficult to lose weight on s.w.

Should i go back to my roots and rejoin ww???

I need advice.. as i need to lose at least 2.5stone...

personally i would go onto WW. Im on it at the moment an i find it much easier with WW then SW. I have PCOS also, and find im able to eat the right foods to control my insulin levels x
