Muffin Tops pre-wedding diet

Hey Ladies :D

Well unfortunatly its all in the name, muffin tops I hate them! and its all my fault humph! currently weighing in at 15.8 and wud love to be down to 11.8 at least!!

Starting tomorrow, my plan is to..

  • 30 day shred everyday
  • Water
  • Less caffeine
  • cut the cra*chrisps,biscuits and chocolates.
  • 5 fruit and veg a day.
wish me good luck, guna post a daily dairy so you ladies can keep an eye on me!:D

well 1st day outta of the way, not too bad but not good enuf. Need to concentrate on getting healthy snacks to eat thru out the day as had a few biscuits today just cos they were there eeeek!
