check the 'syn values' sub folder....this sort of question is best placed in there....

most that are under 1% fat are free - and the others are low - so enjoy! xxx

Most of the noodle ones are (except for thai style which are ½ syn each) ....... out of the pasta ones, the tomato, minestrone, sweet and sour and roast chicken are all free, the others are synned. HTH Jo x
