The only ones that are free are chicken and mushroom, sweet and sour and spicy tomato - the others have sins but only 1/2 to 2 sins

Be careful with mugshots as it depends where you but them from. There is another thread on here which has the official reply from the manufacturer regarding the bargain versions being higher in syns
