Multivitamins and CD

Hi all,

Can we take multivitamins whilst on SS? just wondering as I used to take them everyday any way! x

l wouldn't think so Emma , CD provides all the nutrients we need for healthy living

Its up to you really, some people may need more vitamins and minerals than others..and even if youve got too much in your body, ur body will get rid of them when u go to the toilet anyway! xx

I find I'm better taking MULTI vit's. Maybe it's just my body isn't as hood St absorbing CD?
I was getting slit nails etc without,

Well my hair and skin has got a bit dry even though I'm drinking over the recommended amount, I might just carry on taking them, can't do that much harm can it!!? Lol xxx

Mmm interestingly I was thinking the same thing. My skin has gone really dry as well, bought some Bio oil to see if that helps but multi vitamins maybe the next step x
