hi,
I know mushrooms are supposed to be free but are they definetely?
Just looked at the nutritional info on the packet and it says:
"Typical values fried with a knob of butter per 80g:
Energy: 125kcal
Protein: 1.9g
Carbohydrates: 0.2g
Of which sugars: 0.1g
Fat: 12.9g
Of which saturates: 8.5g
Fibre: 1.2g"
I baked mine in the oven with no oil at all. I had three large mushrooms. Do you think this would still be free?
Thanks
