My A-Count-Ability JUDD Diary

Well, was afraid to get on the scale this morning.

Had lost some weight doing good low carb for about 3 weeks, had plans to jump into JUDDD but stress got the better of me. Just ignored dieting for the past week completely.

Finally got the scale this morning and all was not gained!

Weigh in: 212.8

I was certain I was back up to 219 but my scale can not be that far off.

Good time to jump back on a plan before all is gained back.
This is my first time doing JUDDD.

So, here are the daily numbers to go by:

Up day cals: 2004

Down day cals: 401

Going to keep the carb count in check too.

I’d like to use this journal to report daily:

Calories:
Carbs:
Water intake:

Also will try to post in what exactly I’m eating so I have a reference for menus to build on.

Weigh in day will be once a week. Most likely on Fridays.

Today is the start and an Up day as tomorrow I’ll be too busy with work to eat anyway.

Committing for a full 2 weeks to start, and if there is progress then this will continue through November.


Only 70lbs to go in 7 months.

Here I go!
