I lost nearly 6 stone with Weight Watchers initially... this is me at 16 on the far right hand side...

And this is me at goal...

Me 2 stone heavier starting Slimming World...

And me on NYE 2010... nearly a stone lost with 17lbs to go to target

Sorry for the late reply, only just back here! I find WW worked quicker but was harder to maintain so depends what results you want really. I think SW is better for a healthy lifestyle and maintaining long term. I ate very little on WW.
