weigh in was ok thanks 2.5 lb off :D
am sat here really hungry though and at a loss as what to have, i feel the need for something sweet, and am also getting a little tired of the same old same old food, I need to branch out a little and investigate more meals, i would hate to fall off the wagon as only been on it 3 weeks and lost half a stone.... not being weighed next week, aim to enjoy my time away without being greedy ;), so hopefully the weigh in theweek after will still be another loss. :D xxxxx

I think we all get a bit fed up with the same old same old....the trick is definately variety :)

For sweet cravings, how about sugar free jelly, raisins, fruit, frozen grapes, fromage frais, yoghurts, go ahead biscuits (in moderation ;)) I've just discovered yoghurt covered ones with a summer fruit filling..delicious and not too sinful :rolleyes: a digestive biscuit spread with a little sugar free jam, real fruit ice lolly etc etc???
