my down sizeing diary

    Hello. Im new to this forum stuff so you might have to have a little patiance with me. Im going to attempt the slimming world diet tomorrow for the good of my health and the health of my family. I have 6 stone to lose and a wobbly tummy to tone, so am fat attaking from evrey angle. My thoughts are if I report back here it will keep me on the straight and narrow. Any thoughts hints and support would be muchly appreciated x

    Welcome to minimins! I hope and am sure you will find it as helpful and supportive as I have. Everyone is so supportive and I wouldn't have come no where near as far without them

    Subscribing and looking forward to following your journey with you. You may find it helpful to subscribe to some diaries as it may give u ideas for food varieties etc x

    So day one of slimming world and I'm loving it . Food wise you can eat what ever as long as you stay in your syn allowance am I right? . Hope so cos husband wasnt budging an the chinese.
    Exercise wise I've manged to get my lazy butt into gear and spring clean the house and walked to and from school. Feeling positive. Give it a hour and i will be in my pj's snuggled with a book and a green tea.
    B: berries and yogurt 2 syns
    L: pasta tomatoes and cheese
    T: boiled rice and half a beef and mush (5.0)
    S: alpan light, coffe (0.5), mint humbug (1.5) and a little bit of choc (2.0)
