My first Recipe post. Gammon based Pizza

I've seen some other suggetions for pizza bases here so thought I'd share mine.

Lightly cook one side of a nice big gammon steak in a pan.

Remove, flip over and top with cheese, chopped peppers, mushrooms, smoked sausage and chilis or whatever takes your fancy. You may want to part cook the peppers and mushrooms before.

Place under grill and cook until cheese melts.

Delicious.
