    Hi guys,

I have been using this forum and watching for a little while now so decided it is finally time I wrote something and introduced myself. I have ben doing SW for almost four weeks now )my 4th WI is in the morning) and I am loving it. I don't just love the weightloss but also the amount of food its possible to eat and the variety. I also hope that this is a plan for life for me as faddy diets get me no where and believe me I have tried them all including VLC diets and complete abstinence.

Just want to thank all of you as each and every one of you is an inspiration and you help us newbies see how achievable this really is.

    Nik xx

Hi there. I'm new on this but have seen so many people rave about SW it's making me curious now. What kind of foods are you eating is it like WW and their points so you can really eat anything?

Basically on the extra easy plan you are supposed to eat 2/3rds free food and 1/3 superfree food every meal. Free foods are things like lean meat, pasta, potato, eggs, beans. Superfree foods are vegetables and fruits (there are more but I dont have everything memorised yet). You also get healthy extras everyday like milk or cheese and cereal or bread. And then you get foods with a 'syn' value so for example chocolate, crisps, cake. You syn cheese, milk, bread etc if you want to go over your healthy extra allowance.

Honestly you can eat so much on SW and still lose weight. You can eat unlimited amounts of free and superfree foods and you don't have to weigh them. The only 'catch' is that you eat when you are truly hungry, and if snacking you snack on superfree first.

I did WW before and the constant pro pointing did my head in. On SW you hardly have to point. You can have an entire meal like cottage pie without pointing anything!

Hi Nik, I have my week 4 weigh in tomorrow and am feeling really positive that this is it for me! There will be good days and bad days for all of us along the way but so long as we keep putting one foot in front of the other over a period of time we WILL get to our goals...good luck xx
