Am on Day 2 and am missing food sooo much, can't stop thinking about it but I got through day 1 so I'll get through day 2! Had a sneaky jump on the scales this morning and am already down a pound so another incentive to keep going.
I don't have a lot to lose so plan on doing lipotrim for a fortnight and then going back to WW, am using this as a 'kickstart' as such and also curiosity got the better of me, have read of great losses on this forum so wanna see what way it will affect me!
