My very first week :)

Evening.

Sorry if this isn't right , my stuff off ebay hasn't come yet so i'm guessing


Breakie:
Banana, was more tired then hungrey

Walked to asda and back around 1 hour total, plus very heavy basket must of helped

Lunch:
Orange
Pear
Strawberry Muller light

Snack: 2 sausage rolls :( and a choccy milkshake those one that say 3% fat.

Tea:
Pasta, Tuna and light philly

Then 40 mins on just dance, (Hayley manged to get to my work out dvd:( )
