My weight loss diary (first time WW'er)

Hi :) its my first time doing ww only decided to start it about 45 minutes ago so y'know
last time I checked which was 2 days ago I weight 138lbs
I'd ideally like to get down to between 105-110lbs.
I know atm i'm not overweight but i have quite a small build so I just look quite chunky which I hate, i'm going to try and combine this ww thing with going to the gym 3 x a week and doing at home exercises 2x a week

we will see how it goes, i will step on the scales next friday and hopefully i will have lost a lb or 2
